Ernest “Ray” Bliss, of Mora, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Signe & Olivia's in rural Ogilvie, MN. He was 83 years old.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mora. Memorial Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
