Carol Kay Carpenter, age 74 of Cambridge, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 1, 2016 in Forest Lake.
She is preceded in death by her father Robert Schultze and twin brother Jerry.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Dennis; mother Hazel; children Troy, Todd and Traci; grandchildren Michael (Sammi), Tyler, Jake Carpenter, Brandi Howard, and Yazzy Mason; great-grandchildren Jacob Carpenter, Jaleiya, Joe Jr., and Jazzminn Williams, Mason Sargent and one on the way; brother Dennis Schultze of Woodbury; nephews Carl (Tyghre) Schultze, Nick Schultze; niece Cassi (Ryan) Knutson; great nieces and nephews Olive and Irene Schultze and Tenley Knutson.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Cambridge. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home in Cambridge and one hour prior to Mass at church on Thursday. Interment will be at Christ the King Catholic Cemetery.
